What a way to start the month off. The area got hit for an early summer heat wave as residents experienced 90 degree temperatures for several days.
As the days of summer build up the heat with the humidity, afternoon thunder storms appear. This past Sunday, an isolated storm hammered down the rain in Upper Tract, causing the river to come up on the road.
