What a week the area had, nothing but rain. The days were good for ducks, but not fishermen. The area received more than 3 inches of rain, starting Friday night. The rain canceled the Trout Rodeo.

High and low temperatures and precipitation for May 2 through May 8, followed by the same for last year, were as follows: May 2 – 73°, 48° (81°, 58°);  May 3 – 84°, 51°, .62” (79°, 59°, .7”); May 4  – 74°, 55°, .33” (77°, 58°, .39”); May 5 – 71°, 51° (69°, 52°, .04”); May 6 – 62°, 53°, 2.16” (61°, 40°); May 7 – 52°, 41°, .95” (54°, 39°, .01”) and May 8 – 57°, 40°, .05” (56°, 41°).
