It finally happened. The area got snow. Not everyone got a good amount of snow, but it’s a blessing to have the white powder on the ground. It’s time to get the snow shovel out and remove the snow off the sidewalk and driveway.

High and low temperatures and precipitation for Jan. 1 through Jan. 7, followed by the same for last year, were as follows: Jan. 1 – 32°, 30° (62°, 34°); Jan. 2 – 41°, 23° (63°, 39°); Jan. 3 – 43°, 23° (68°, 49°, .08”); Jan. 4 – 38°, 19° (61°, 47°, .01”); Jan. 5 – 44°, 13° (58°, 38°); Jan. 6 – 32°, 28°, 5” snow (38°, 34°) and Jan. 7 – 37°, 31° (44°, 27°).
