As everyone notices, there is more daylight each day…morning and evening. However, that will all change when clocks are turned forward on March 12.

High and low temperatures and precipitation for Jan. 30 through Feb. 5, followed by the same for last year, were as follows: Jan. 30 – 59°, 39° (34°, 4°); Jan. 31 – 44°, 32°, .04” (35°, 12°); Feb. 1 – 44°, 27°, .5” snow (40°, 11°); Feb. 2 – 37°, 24° (49°, 19°, .38”); Feb. 3 – 25°, 12° (58°, 37°, .72”); Feb. 4 – 43°, 8° (48°, 20°) and Feb. 5 – 52°, 34° (27°, 14°).

Total rainfall for January was .84”, compared to 1.18” in January 2022.

Total snowfall in January was 1”, compared to 24.75” in January 2022.
