As a new month starts, there is some good news to go with March. Spring starts soon, plus the daylight is giving more sunshine in the evening. The burning law that goes with March winds went into effect March 1.

High and low temperatures and precipitation for Feb. 21 through Feb. 27, followed by the same for last year, were as follows: Feb. 21 – 58°, 41° (38°, 3°); Feb. 22 – 59°, 51°, .07” (45°, 29°, 2.5” snow); Feb. 23 – 64°, 41° (51°, 27°); Feb. 24 – 42°, 31°, .8” (62°, 26°); Feb. 25 – 49°, 32°, .23” (45°, 29°); Feb. 26 – 42°, 26° (41°, 30°, 1” snow) and Feb. 27 –  46°, 29° (51°, 32°, .49”).
