Another month has started and what a welcome to receive it. A nice cold front came through, taking out the humidity and lowering the temperatures. That was a big sigh of relief just to wake up on a cold morning with the windows up.

Prayer thought: “What a time that will be when we see Jesus face to face. Until that time, we keep following Him, growing our faith and anticipating His coming.”

High and low temperatures and precipitation for July 28 through Aug. 3 were as follows: July 28 – 89°, 67°, July 29 – 86°, 66°, .68”, July 30 – 88°, 67°, .07”, July 31 – 87°, 64°, .02”, Aug. 1 – 67°, 61°, .06”, Aug. 2 – 73°, 58° and Aug. 3 – 75°, 51°.

Total rainfall for July was 6.35”, compared to 3.35” in July of 2024.

Year-to-date rainfall is 34.44”, compared to 22.03” for the same time period last year.

July was a wet month as the area had 19 days of rain and another large amount of rain. The area is over 12 inches of rain from last year.
