Nancy Ann (Hiser) Mullenax, 81, of Keyser and formerly of Franklin passed away Jan. 26, 2026, at her home.
She was born Oct. 20, 1944, in Morgantown and was the daughter of the late Boyd Hiser, Jr. and Izetta Jewel (Fickey) Hiser.
Mrs. Mullenax was a 1962 graduate of Franklin High School.
She had worked as a secretary and was “the best mom.”
Her husband, Jack Lough Mullenax, preceded her in death on Jan. 22, 2010.
Surviving are two sons, Jon Lynn Mullenax (Arina) of Dallas, Texas, and Jay Mullenax of Barnardsville, North Carolina; a sister, Carolyn Sue Thorn of Keyser; and five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. today at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin where a funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Michael Loudermilk officiating. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
