
South Branch Career and Technical Center students attended the SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference March 28 – 29 at Fairmont State University.
Two Pendleton County School students earned silver medals at the contest.
Cashton Kisamore earned his medal in the basic residential wiring contest.
Andrew Mowery received his medal in the industrial motor control competition.
The SBCTC chapter was named a 2025 Models of Excellence finalist. The program recognizes the best chapters in the nation for the exceptional integration of the SkillsUSA Framework’s three components (personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics) into SkillsUSA chapter activities. The top three schools will be recognized June 27 at the SkillsUSA awards session.
