Revival Services Scheduled at Christ Central
Revival services with Pastor Randy Miller as guest speaker will be held at Christ Central Community Church in Upper Tract. Services begin at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. Special music will be provided on Friday by Lori Bodkin, Saturday by Deanna Miller and Sunday by the church’s choir.
Everyone is invited to attend.
Events Planned At North Fork Apostolic Church
Evangelist Jodie Wilson will be ministering in word and song at 7 p.m. on Fri-day and Saturday and at 10 a.m. on Sunday at the North Fork Apostolic Church in Riverton.
Also at 7 p.m. on Friday, the congregation will be celebrating the 10th anni-versary of Pastor Gary and Debbie Zarr. Ben and Sherri Phares family will be wor-shiping in song and testi-mony.
The church is located be-side the highway depart-ment at Judy Gap intersec-tion of Rt. 33/Rt. 28.
Post 30 To Meet
American Legion Pendle-ton Post 30 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Star Restaurant in Franklin.
Post 9666 To Meet
VFW Post 9666 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Richard Homan Memorial Park in Sugar Grove.
Board of Health To Hold Meeting
The Pendleton County Board of Health will conduct a meeting at 5 p.m. Sept. 11 at the health department located at 274 Mill Road in Franklin.
Quilters To Meet
Sew and Sews Quilt Guild will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Faith Lutheran Church in Franklin. Barbara Um-ling will do a Flying Geese demonstration.
Anyone interested in quilting is welcome to at-tend.
Stage Dedication To Be Held at Warner’s Drive-In
The new stage at Warner’s Drive-In, located two miles north of Franklin, will be dedicated at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Activites begin at 1 p.m. with a performance by Raymond’s Gymnastics and conclude at 7 p.m. with Robin and Linda Williams, folk musicians from Virgina. Bring a lawn chair and blanket and enjoy live music, fun and food. There is no admission charge.
