Arianna Alt, Cashton Kisamore and Ali Barbour have been named outstanding students of the month for May at Pendleton County Middle/High School.
Alt of Franklin is the May Responsible Student of the Month. A junior, she is on the all A honor roll and is a track and field athlete. She works as a certified nursing assistant at Pendleton Manor and volunteers at Cunningham Greenhouse. She plans to attend James Madison University to become a history teacher. She also plans to coach track and field so kids and teens get the opportunity to participate in the sport they love. She is the daughter of Brian and Ashley Alt.
A senior, Kisamore of Seneca Rocks is the May Academic Student of the Month. He is a member of the PCHS basketball and baseball teams, the Technical Honor Society and his church youth group. He is on the honor roll and received second place in State Skills USA. He plans to move to Ohio and join the IBEW electrical union. He is the son of Kevin and Wendy Kisamore.
Eighth-grade student, Ali Barbour, is the May Student of the month for the middle school. She is the daughter of Laura Brown of Franklin. She is an honor roll student, cheerleader, and math field day participant. She attends Raymond’s Gymnastics and Axis Tumbling. Her plans are to attend college and become a nurse.
