Trinity Vance of Circleville, center, received a $1,000 scholarship award from the Spruce Mountain Ruritan Club. She attends Pierpont Community & Technical College and will be in her first year of veterinary technology. She is currently a member of the Spruce Mountain Ruritan Club board of directors and has served as the club’s vice president.
