A 2021 National Horatio Alger Scholar, Regan Sites was inducted April 7 into the Horatio Alger Association. The ceremony was held in Washington, DC, with hundreds of alumni, including SCOTUS Clarence Thomas, Reba McEntire, Rob Lowe, Herschel Walker, and many other legendary figures, in attendance. Sites was able to meet many of them.

Sites finished her year at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. She earned recognition on the President’s List with a 4.0 GPA. A pre-physical therapy major, she is a member of the volleyball team and is on track to graduate a year early.

She is the daughter of Robbie Sites of Franklin and Michele Sites of Sugar Grove.
