Last Friday, the Kyle Petty Charity Ride rumbled through Franklin on their way to The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. Morgan Petty, wife of Kyle, had strong praise for the ease of coordination with Pendleton and other Potomac Highlands Sheriffs’ Departments along US 220.
