Pamela Joy Clifton, 66, of Franklin passed away on July 9, 2026 at her home.
She was born Nov. 10, 1959, in Staunton, Virginia, the daughter of the late Betty Lee (Harris) Rowe and William A. Rowe, Sr.
Mrs. Clifton was a 1978 graduate of Fort Defiance High School and was a Baptist by faith.
She retired from Carographics in Verona, Virginia.
Her husband of 30 years, Ricky Clifton, preceded her in death.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory a step-son, Ryan Clifton of Crimora, Virginia; a brother, William A. “Billy” Rowe, Jr. “little brother” of Franklin; and a grandchild, Cain.
In honoring her wishes, her body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
