Michael Eugene Bliley

Michael Eugene Bliley, 78, of Sugar Grove passed away June 19, 2022, at his home.

He was born on Sept. 21, 1943, in Richmond, Virginia, the son of the late George Raymond and Ann (Grieve) Bliley.

Mr. Bliley was a graduate of Benedictine High School in Richmond, Virginia, and of the Virginia Commonwealth University. He was a general contractor construction worker and a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Marines. 

His wife, Trisha (Walker) Bliley, preceded him in death.

Surviving are a sister, Carol Markow (Ted) of Richmond, Virginia; and a brother, Stephen Bliley of Faber, Virginia.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, George; and two sisters, Theresa Miller and Ann Lee O’Keeffe.

In honoring Mr. Bliley’s wishes, his body has been cremated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
