Michael Clay Hedrick, 63, of Seneca Rocks passed away on June 20, 2022, at his home.
He was born on Jan. 23, 1959, the son of Joann (Sites) Hedrick of Moorefield and the late Riley Hedrick.
Mr. Hedrick was a 1977 graduate of Circleville High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He retired from farming on the family farm in Seneca Rocks. He also worked as a carpenter in Alaska and drove a truck for V R Mowry Trucking.
Also surviving are a daughter, Denali Skye Hedrick of Charleston; a son, Hunter Seth Hedrick of Seward, Alaska; a step-sister, Rhonda Hedrick (Charles) of Seneca Rocks; and a half brother, David Conrad (Holly Wills) of Moorefield.
He was also preceded in death by a half-brother, Harry McMorrow.
Funeral services were held June 25 in the chapel of the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin with Pastor Cindy Skinner officiating. Interment was in the Hedrick Family Cemetery in Seneca Rocks with military honors bestowed by the U.S. Army.
