REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

GLENVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY

RFP #GSU23-002

CLARK HALL ROOFING

Glenville State University is requesting proposals to provide all Work, including but not limited to all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation and travel expenses for the design, removal, and replacement of the Clark Hall roof. The project is located at Glenville State University 200 High St., Glenville, WV 26351 (County of Gilmer).

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Glenville State University Request for Proposals package. Please contact the Glenville State University Director of Purchasing, Joyce Riddle, by email at joyce.riddle@glenville.edu to request a Request for Proposals package.

An in-person mandatory meeting is scheduled for the date and time listed below. A site walk-through will be conducted during the meeting.

Date: 03/09/2023

Time: 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (Noon) EST

Place: Glenville State University 200 High St., Glenville, WV 26351 Mollohan Campus Community Center Room 319

Proposals received from any proposer who did not attend the mandatory meeting will be disqualified and will be returned to the sender unopened.

Glenville State University reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject proposals on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities and to contract in the best interest of the University.
