Jean Ann Shockey, 42, of Keyser passed away on Nov. 18, 2024, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born on April 8, 1982, the daughter of Arthur and the late Helen Marie (Moyers) Sim.
Mrs. Shockey was a 2001 graduate of Patapsco High School in Baltimore, Maryland, and was a Methodist by faith.
She enjoyed fishing and had a passion for horses. She was a caretaker and assisted with home bound and elderly individuals.
On July 24, 2015, she married Jeremy Wayne Shockey, who survives.
Also surviving are two sisters, Janet Martin (Earl) of Amherst, Virginia, and Ruth Ward (Neil) of Keyser; and grandmother, Julia Sim of Franklin.
Funeral services were held Friday at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating. Interment was at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
