Calie Harper of Seneca Rocks, center, received a $600 scholarship award from the Spruce Mountain Ruritan Club. She is in her third year of nursing at West Virginia University Potomac State College in Keyser. She is the newest member of the Spruce Mountain Ruritan Club.
