NF Baptist Church To Sponsor Meal
North Fork Baptist Church in Riverton will be hosting a community meal at noon on Tuesday. Eastern Action Agency will be there with goodies. Everyone is invited to come enjoy a good meal and fellowship in the house of the Lord.
Lenten Lunches Continue Today
The annual Lenten Lunches hosted by the Pendleton County Ministerial Association began at noon today at Walnut Street United Methodist Church in Franklin.
A meal, consisting of soups, sandwiches, desserts and drinks, will be served at noon. A Lenten message will be delivered at 12:30 p.m.
This week’s meal will be provided by Faith and Calvary Lutheran churches. The message will be delivered by Angela Lambert.
Next week’s meal will be provided by St. John and Mt. Hope Lutheran churches. The message will be delivered by Paul Shaffer.
All donations will support the mission of the ministerial association as it seeks to serve those in need in Pendleton County.
Hunter’s Safety Class To Be Held
A hunter’s safety course will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the Pendleton Community Building in Franklin.
Senior Sponsored Meal Scheduled
Dean Brothers, Inc. will be sponsoring a congregate meal for seniors aged 60+ on March 20 at the Franklin Senior Center. Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m to 12:45 p.m. Please call the senior center at 304-358-2421 by 2 p.m. March 17 to reserve a meal.

The Pendleton County Strive to Thrive Family Support Center on Main Street in Franklin is hosting the following events.
