Carolyn Lough Borror, 93, of Winchester, Virginia, died July 28, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.
She was born Jan. 29, 1933, in Franklin, the daughter of the late Byron Lough and Ethel Mallow Lough.
Mrs. Borror attended Bethel Lutheran Church.
Before retirement, she was a secretary/treasurer for the federal government cafeteria.
In her free time, she enjoyed golfing, bowling, and being involved with the Red Hats.
On Sept. 1, 1956, in Petersburg, she married Ronald Paul “Ronnie” Borror, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Tina Lisa Flinner (Rodney) of Wooster, Ohio; grandchildren, Derek William Wiltse (Abigail) of Parma, Ohio, Daniel Paul Wiltse (Melinda) of Chardon, Ohio, Jonathan Richard Wiltse (Driana) of Willowick, Ohio, and Tiana Leigh Flinner of Wooster, Ohio; and great-grandchildren, Calvin Wiltse, Lylah Wiltse, Owen Wiltse, Raiden Wiltse, Lydia Wiltse, and Roman Wiltse.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Bruce G. Lough.
A graveside service was held Monday at Shenandoah Memorial Park with Pastor Deanna Boynton officiating.
