What a weekend that area residents had to enjoy. Saturday, the first full day of spring, and Sunday broke the records for high temperatures. Remember it’s early spring and anything can happen with the weather.

High and low temperatures and precipitation for March 16 through March 22, followed by the same for last year, were as follows: March 16 – 61°, 28°, .41” + .25” snow (67°, 48°, 1.17”), March 17 – 31°, 19° (46°, 35°), March 18 – 42°, 17° (68°, 29°), March 19 – 57°, 35° (75°, 36°), March 20 – 68°, 36°, .10” (67°, 38°), March 21 – 80°, 50°, .03” (53°, 39°) and March 22 – 83°, 54° (55°, 35°).
