St. Paul Independent Lutheran Church in Moyers had a special worship time Oct. 1. It was “New Member Sunday,” as well as World Wide Communion Sunday. Thirteen persons joined the church, including the confirmands from the recent confirmation/catechism class. A fellowship meal and reception followed the worship service.
