Susan Vincell and Jameigh Miller defend the post against a tough Union inside presence as Pendleton County won its season opener 51 to 20. Avery Townsend led with 24 points. Jessica Parker and Miller each pulled down nine rebounds. The defense held Union to 14 percent shooting.
