During the month of September, Pendleton County WIC Clinic will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Pendleton Community Building in Franklin. Limited services are also available from 2 to 4 p.m. on other days of the week. Call for details.
Pendleton County participants can receive services in Petersburg if alternate days or evening appointments are desired. The office will be closed Sept. 2 and 20.
WIC offers nutrition education and healthy foods to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children under the age of five.
