Myra Alice Mitchell Simmons (July 13, 1897 - Jan. 26, 1956) was the daughter of Emanuel and Jemima Frances Simmons Mitchell, and wife to William Luther Simmons (Jan. 19, 1895 - Jan. 26, 1892). Pictured right of Myra is Leafy A. Mitchell Homan (Oct. 19, 1899 - Sept. 14, 1981), daughter of Sylvester and Mary Jane Kiser Mitchell, and wife to Dr, Virgil Ray Homan, Sr. (May 20, 1895 - May 01, 1952).
