NOTICE
On September 22, 2022, the Applicant filed an application to amend P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-6177 to deliver six-yard or ten-yard construction containers to the Town of Franklin, pursuant to W. Va. Code §24A-2-5.
On October 3, 2022, Commission Staff recommended the Commission issue an order approving the application provided there are no protests. Staff also notes the amendment would provide as follows:
“To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of six yard and ten yard construction containers from points and places in Town of Franklin, West Virginia to places of disposal.”
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practices and Procedure.
