Seniors attending events at Pendleton Senior and Family Services in Franklin selected a Valentine king and queen. Chosen by “penny votes” were Jerry and Phyllis Heavner of Franklin. The couple has been married for 62 years. Staff members are happy to have the Heavners be a part of the senior center.
