Graham A. Gordon of Orange, Virginia, received his master of public policy from Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany, and his master of international relations from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.
He is the son of Barry and Katherine Gordon of Gordonsville, Virginia, and the grandson of Loralee Gordon and the late Rodger Gordon and Mary and Luther Baldwin, all of Brandywine, and the late Vernon and Hilda Gordon of Cherry Grove.
