Frank Edward Reel, 60, of Franklin passed away March 21, 2022, as the result of an automobile accident at Hinton, Virginia.
He was born Nov. 23, 1961, at Elkins and was the son of the late Olie Edward Reel and Catherine Lou Thompson Reel.
Mr. Reel was a truck driver for Marvel and Wampler.
Surviving are his companion of 30 years, Barbara Baldwin of Franklin; two daughters, Kelly Nelson (Cole) of Durbin and Katherine Reel (Josh Shumaker) of Timberville, Virginia; a son, Steven Reel of Franklin; three brothers, Mark Reel, Terry Reel and Robert Reel, all of Petersburg, and John Reel of Virginia; and a granddaughter.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Reel; and a sister, Carol Mason.
His body has been cremated and the family will commemorate his life privately.
