In the midst of the nationwide formula shortage, families of Pendleton County had some relief this week. The local grocery store got a shipment of Enfamil Gentlease infant formula as well as other name brand infant formulas.
According to Cory Thomas, one of the owners of T&K Markets, “We don’t know when to expect another shipment of formula, but we are ordering.”
Thomas said the store has been in “close contact” with the local Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) office to help make sure the families of Pendleton County have the formula they need.
