Allison Nicole Fleming, 18, of Brandywine passed away July 5, 2024, as the result of an automobile accident in Franklin.
She was born on Nov. 23, 2005, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, the daughter of Jeremey Allen and Karen Alberta (Cook) Fleming.
Ms. Fleming was a 2024 graduate of Pendleton County High School where she enjoyed being a cheerleader and expressing her gymnastic skills that she obtained from Raymond’s Gymnastics. Her plans were to attend college in the fall and become a veterinary technician where she could apply her admiration for animals. She worked at Brandywine Family Dining.
She had an inseparable bond between her sister, her niece and her friends. She was an amazing aunt and sissy who quietly loved life and everyone and everything in it. She had a passion for the great outdoors and was delighted by sunsets and horseback riding. She adored her fur-babies. Her legacy will live forever with those who were lucky enough to be called her friend or family.
In addition to her parents, she leaves behind to cherish her memory: a sister, Holly Michelle Fleming (Hunter Huffman) of Franklin; a niece, Oakley Huffman of Franklin; grandparents: Catherine Dove, Debbie Fleming, and Kenneth Fleming, all of Timberville, Virginia, and Vearl Cook of New Market, Virginia; aunts and uncles, Travis (Sarah) Fleming, Mike (Sam) Gutierrez, and James Gutierrez; several cousins; and a host of special friends including, Kortlyn Feagans and Maggie Connor.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Kenneth Cook.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Wayside Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Johnson officiating.
