Pendleton Community Bank encourages team member success through personal and professional development and is excited to announce the promotion of Courtney Martiny and Sam Puchany to commercial support specialists.
Martiny joined PCB in 2020 and has most recently held the title of loan processor. She is based in Harrisonburg, Virginia, but covers all the Virginia market. She has been in banking for 15 years with four years of experience with commercial loan officers, specifically in the area of business development. With her new title, Martiny will be working directly with the business development officers for Virginia and West Virginia, respectively, as support for commercial loans.
She is originally from West Virginia but has lived in the valley for 19 years. In her free time, she is a fundraising member of the Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Company and enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
Puchany has served PCB since being hired in 2014 as a loan processor. She has worked throughout the entire PCB footprint on consumer and commercial loans. In 2021, she was promoted to senior loan processor and is excited about her new position working with the West Virginia business development team.
She is originally from and is currently residing in Southwestern Pennsylvania. She lived in Franklin for 10 years and earned her associates degree in business management from the Community College of Allegheny County. She has 17 years of community bank experience, holding positions in customer service and loan operations. In her free time, she enjoys building LEGOs with her son, baking with her grandma, and loves spending time with family and friends.
