Franklin Lions Club president, Clay Richardson, presented a Melvin Jones Fellowship award to Bob Grimm for his dedication to humanitarian service. The club has made a $1,000 donation in his name to Lions Clubs International Foundation, the organization that gave matching funds for the nursing home project in 2015.
