The world cadet horseshoe champion, 10-year-old Eli Sullivan from Crozet, Virginia, will be participating in the Treasure Mountain Festival horseshoe pitching this weekend.
Sullivan is the three-time Virginia state cadet champion and newly crowned world champion. He won the world championship in July in Monroe, Louisiana.
