Several kids from Pendleton County participated in the Mutin’ Bustin’ Aug. 2 at the Tri-County Fair in Petersburg. Six-year-old Nathanael Vincell, second from left, won second place in the 5- and 6-year-old division. First place winner in that division was Luke Haslacker of Petersburg, nephew of Vanessa and David Harper of Seneca Rocks. Vincell is the son of Joe and Allison Vincell of Franklin. The boys are pictured with fair queens, Addison Curl (Miss Photogenic) and Autumn Crites (first runner-up).
