Frank Vance, Jr., 87, of Seneca Rocks passed away Oct. 10, 2025, at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, where he had resided for six years.
He was born Sept. 16, 1938, at Onego and was the son of the late Frank Vance, Sr. and Edith Mae Hartman Vance.
Mr. Vance was a farmer and attended Roaring Creek Mennonite Church.
Surviving are a brother, Warnie “Bruce” Vance (Sue) of Seneca Rocks; a sister, Alice Catherine “Katty” Hevener of Cabins; two nephews, Timmy Hevener of Cabins and Leroy Vance (Bridget) of Petersburg; three nieces, Renee Haines (Jonathan) of Burlington, Hailey Vance (Adam) of Seneca Rocks and Kyndal Vance of Petersburg; and several cousins and many friends.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Daniel L. Vance.
A graveside service was held Wednesday at the Vance Family Cemetery with Greg Adamson officiating.
