Susan E. (Sites) Lewis, 63, of Tidioute, Pennsylvania, died Sept. 11, 2025, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Born Dec. 27, 1961, in Warren, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Greta (Rosequist) Sites.
Mrs. Lewis graduated from Tidioute High School. She worked at Philips Lighting in Warren, Ohio, Osram Sylvania, IMT, Blair Distribution Center and Warren State Hospital.
She was a member of the Tidioute First Presbyterian Church and a founding member of the Tidioute Community Charter School.
She enjoyed frequent trips to her family’s farm in Seneca Rocks.
On Aug. 20, 1988, at the Tidioute First Presbyterian Church, she married Scott A. Lewis, who survives.
Also surviving are three children and their spouses, Josh Lewis (Erica), Curtis Lewis (Danielle) and Sasha Carroll (Dalaun); grandchildren, Laci May Daniel, Hayden Michael Fuller, Hunter Scott Lewis and a grandson on the way; three sisters, Vicki McLaughlin (Patrick), Dana Sites and Amy Sites; and a West Virginia aunt and uncles, Mary Cunningham and Earl, Ward and Wade Sites.
She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Curt and Mamie (Vance) Sites, and uncles, Richard and Bruce, all of West Virginia.
A graveside service was held Wednesday at the Swedish Union Cemetery in Tidioute, Pennsylvania.
