On May 9 Martinsburg office manager and eastern panhandle field representative Chris Strovel set up the Capito mobile office at Pendleton Senior and Family Services in Franklin.
This is the first time since Covid hit in 2020 that the mobile offices are available for one-on-one services to constituents.
Stovel covers Jefferson, Berkeley, Morgan, Mineral, Hampshire, Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton counties.
Stovel stated he plans to be in each county once every two months to answer questions and assist with casework and other issues that anyone may be experiencing with federal agencies. He can also be reached via phone at (304)262-9285, should any constituent not be available to meet one-on-one with the mobile office.
The form that is needed to address any issues or claims can be picked up at a mobile office or Stovel can send it electronically, however all issues and claims must be put in writing.
