Rutholene Mae Judy, 95, of Riverton went to be with Jesus on Nov. 2, 2024, in Elkins.
She was born on June 13, 1929, in Riverton, the daughter of the late William Olie and Josie Ella (Warner) Harman.
Mrs. Judy was a 1947 graduate of Circleville High School and a member of Riverton United Methodist Church.
After high school, she worked in the family grocery store (Harman’s Grocery) for about 25 years.
She was a wife, a mother, and a Me-Me. She was devoted to her family and helped take care of her parents in their later years.
On Dec. 28, 1953, she married Dwight Weldon Judy, who preceded her in death on May 28, 2013.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, Michael Lee Judy (Lorna) of Circleville; a granddaughter, Olivia L. Cormier (Christophe) of Beverly; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Irene Simmons and Idis Judy.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Riverton United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow with Pastor Mike Lambert and Pastor JD Wilkins officiating. Interment will be at North Fork Memorial Cemetery in Riverton.
