It happened again but this time on Hole #5 at Fisher Mountain Golf Club. Beverly Eye of Fort Seybert was enjoying a round of Sunday afternoon golf on May 26 when she pulled out her six iron for Hole #5, which was playing approximately 125 yards into a gentle breeze. She watched the ball hit the bank on the right, and gently roll onto the green and disappear into the hole but did not really believe it until she saw the ball lying in the hole.
This is her fourth hole in one, all of them at Fisher Mountain Golf Club. The others were in 2013, 2015 and 2017.
“Any day is a good day to have a hole in one,” Eye said. But she could have won a prize if this would have happened just the previous day when she played in the Tee-off for a Cure Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation golf tournament at Fisher Mountain.
