The Pendleton County Math Field Day was held Feb. 16 at Pendleton County High School.
The top three winners in each grade level will compete in the regional event March 11 at Potomac State College in Keyser.
County winners were as follows:

Fifth grade — Owen Champ, BES, first, Landon Bowers, BES, second, Marion Williams, FES, third, Alaina Hedrick, FES, first alternate, and Breymann Keesecker, FES, second alternate;
Sixth grade — Noah Kobetic, BES, first, Beckett Aumann, FES, second, Alayna Huffman, NFES, third, Cayden Hensley, BES, first alternate, and Vaylee Harper, FES, second alternate;
Seventh grade (Pendleton County Middle School) — Isabella Jameson, first, Lily Brogan, second, Bryce Propst, third, Laney Bowers, first alternate, and Jude Propst, second alternate;
Eighth grade (PCMS) — Katie Heavner, first, Albert Ramon-Rivera, second, Dylan Eye, third, Chloe Kisamore, first alternate, and Lauren Sisson, second alternate; and
Ninth grade (Pendleton County High School) — Liam Simmons, first, Cole Harper, second, Alex Adams, third, Brennan Wyatt, first alternate, and Ty Heavner, second alternate.
