Seven Pendleton County 4-H members traveled July 26 to Morgantown to compete in the state 4-H Livestock Judging Contest.
Katie Heavner placed fifth senior individual in the beef division.
Phoebe Pownell was fifth senior individual in the sheep division
The senior team, consisting of Katie Heavner, Phoebe Pownell, Emily Schell and Hannah Schell, earned third place in the sheep division.
Members of the junior team were Ross Pownell, Aiden Whetzel and Marion Williams.
